摘  要:野外科学观测研究站是重要的国家科技创新基地之一,也是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。面向大气科学研究对第一手野外观测数据的迫切需求,本文在充分调研中国科学院大气物理研究所野外观测台站的基础上,详细阐述了“大气协同观测网络与大数据平台建设”项目的科学意义、研究内容、实施方案、预期成果与展望等。该项目拟通过顶层设计和优化布局,在有限投入的情况下最大限度地挖掘和利用现有各野外台站资源优势,进行联网协同观测试验,研发时空连续、高精度、高质量的大数据产品,为地球系统模式中关键物理过程参数化方案的改进和优化提供第一手宝贵的数据支撑,服务于国家科技原始创新战略。National field scientific observation and research stations are important scientific and technological innovation bases and essential parts of the national innovation system in China.To meet the urgent need for first-hand field observation data in atmospheric science research,this article summarizes the“Atmospheric Collaborative Observation Network and Big Data Platform Construction”project through a full survey of field observation stations administered by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The main content includes the scientific significance of the project,observation plan design,mechanism research,and data sharing platform construction,as well as professional development training.Through top-level design and optimized layout,this project intends to make maximal use of instruments and equipment in existing field stations with limited investment,implement collaborative observation experiments,and produce spatiotemporally continuous and high-quality big data products.Such data products are not only expected to provide first-hand and valuable data for the improvement and optimization of parameterization schemes for key physical processes in the Earth system model but also serve the national original science and technology innovation strategy.
