摘　　要：高频高压型电子加速器(简称“加速器”)是用高能电子束对物品进行辐照加工,用于材料的改性和医疗卫生用品的灭菌等。中广核达胜加速器技术有限公司中加速器控制系统现采用西门子PLC控制,但西门子PLC采购成本高、供货周期长以及售后响应不及时,供应链安全无法保障。为解决加速器配套的关键设备卡脖子问题,使用自主可控国产PLC替代迫在眉睫。基于中广核数科PLC控制器,对加速器控制系统进行国产化改造,完成加速器控制系统国产化替代。改造结果表明,使用中广核数科PLC控制器,实现了原有以西门子PLC为核心的加速器控制系统的所有功能,并通过可靠性和稳定性测试。加速器控制系统国产化改造的成功,为其他系统国产化改造提供借鉴及经验。High frequency and high voltage electron accelerator(Abbreviated as"accelerator")irradiates materials with high-energy electron beam,which is used for modification of materials and sterilization of medical and health supplies.In this paper,based on the CGNDT PLC controller,accelerator control system is transformed to the localization,and the localization replacement of the control system of the accelerator is completed.The result shows that all functions of the original accelerator control system with Siemens PLC as the core are realized by using CGN PLC controller,and the reliability and stability test are passed.The successful transformation of accelerator control system provides reference and experience for the transformation of other systems.
