摘  要:军用产品一般具有量少批次多的特点,在军工产品的研制生产过程中,通常需要按照GJB1032A环境应力筛选试验要求,提前发现并剔除军用产品制造过程中不良零件、元器件、设计和工艺缺陷等早期故障,是一种非常有效的提高军用产品质量和可靠性的重要措施;环境应力筛选试验一般包括无故障检测和缺陷剔除,其中无故障检测需要对军用产品进行性能测试,那么,受到温箱大小以及振动试验台工装以及长测试线缆影响,无法有效保证测试系统的可靠性以及实现降本增效的目的。设计了一种针对小批量、多批次产品的测试方案,不但降低环境应力筛选、质量一致性试验时操作复杂性,缩短试验时间,而且保障测试系统的可靠性,实现降本增效的目标。Military products are generally characterized by small quantities and large batches.During the development and production of military products,it is usually necessary to find and eliminate early failures such as bad parts,components,design and process defects in the manufacturing process of military products in advance according to the requirements of GJB1032A environmental stress screening test,which is a very effective and important measure to improve the quality and reliability of military products.The Environmental stress screening test generally includes fault free detection and defect elimination.The fault free detection requires performance testing of military products.Therefore,due to the influence of the size of the temperature chamber,the tooling of the vibration test bench and the long test cables,the reliability of the test system cannot be effectively guaranteed and the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase cannot be achieved.This paper designs a test plan for small batch and multi batch products,which not only reduces the operation complexity of Environmental stress screening and quality consistency test,but also shortens the test time,and ensures the reliability of the test system,so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
