摘　　要：巡视系统是使用监控设备(摄像头、机器人和无人机)等对巡视设备进行周期性巡视,并将巡视的产物(图片和视频)等进行算法解析,找出其中的异常和缺陷,在此基础上需要在监控设备中对现场的操作人员以及陌生人员进行语音交互。语音交互过程中使用监控设备自带的摄像头语音功能可以很好实现上述功能,不需要额外的设备支持。基于ISAPI协议,将麦克风中的语音流发送到摄像头并接收摄像头中的语音流发送到前端播放,从而实现语音对讲在巡视系统中的应用。实验证明,基于ISAPI协议的语音对讲功能可以在巡视系统中广泛且高效地使用,并提高运维人员工作效率。The inspection system uses monitoring devices such as cameras,robots,and drones to conduct periodic inspections of the inspection equipment,and analyzes the products of the inspections(images and videos)through algorithms to identify anomalies and defects.Based on this,voice interaction is required between the on-site operators and strangers in the monitoring equipment.The use of the built-in camera voice function of the monitoring device during voice interaction can effectively achieve the above functions without the need for additional device support.This paper is based on the ISAPI protocol,which sends the voice stream from the microphone to the camera and receives the voice stream from the camera and sends it to the front end for playback,thus realizing the application of voice intercom in the patrol system.
