摘  要:[目的]24-表油菜素内酯(24-Epibrassinolide,EBR)是一种多羟基植物甾醇类物质,不仅能促进植物生长发育,还可以提高植物抵御生物或非生物胁迫的能力。本研究旨在探究外源EBR诱导黑果枸杞Lycium ruthenicum对桃蚜Myzus persicae的抗虫性,为利用植物自身抗性进行害虫防治提供理论依据。[方法]在室内分别用不同浓度的EBR喷施黑果枸杞幼苗,以喷施蒸馏水作为对照,喷施1 d后接入桃蚜1龄若虫,分别在接虫后6、12及18 d观察记录桃蚜蜕皮次数、各龄若虫数量和繁殖情况,并采集黑果枸杞叶片测定其可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、单宁、总酚以及黄酮含量的变化。[结果](1)0.5和1.0 mg·L^(-1)的EBR诱导黑果枸杞苗木18 d后,使桃蚜M.persicae脱皮次数显著减少,分别为对照的45.5%和56.9%,高龄若虫数量减少,低龄若虫数量增加,日均增长率分别较对照降低51.8%和49.7%,表明喷施EBR后桃蚜若虫发育速度变慢。(2)3个浓度EBR诱导18 d后均使黑果枸杞叶片单宁、总酚以及黄酮含量较对照显著增加,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量增加。(3)枸杞桃蚜的产仔量和脱皮次数与EBR诱导后黑果枸杞叶片总酚和单宁含量的增加呈负相关,与蛋白质含量的增加呈正相关。[结论]外源EBR诱导可以改变黑果枸杞自身代谢物质含量,影响桃蚜的生长发育,降低其繁殖力。[Objective]24-epibrassinolide(EBR) is a polyhydroxy phytosterol that not only promotes plant growth and development but also enhances the plant's ability to resist biotic or abiotic stress.The aim of this study was to investigate the induction of resistance in L.ruthenicum against M.persicae by exogenous EBR,providing a theoretical basis for pest control using plant's inherent resistance.[Methods]L.ruthenicum seedlings were sprayed with different concentrations of EBR in an indoor setting,with distilled water as a control.One day after spraying,one-day-old nymphs of M.persicae were introduced.The molting frequency,number of nymphs at each instar,and reproduction of M.persicae were recorded at 6,12,and 18 days post-infestation.Additionally,the changes in soluble protein,soluble sugar,tannin,total phenol,and total flavonoids content in L.ruthenicum leaves were measured.[Results](1) EBR at concentrations of 0.5 and 1.0 mg·L^(-1) significantly reduced the molting frequency of M.persicae,18 days after induction,to 45.5 % and 56.9 % of the control,respectively.The number of older nymphs decreased,while the number of younger nymphs increased,and the daily growth rate reduced by 51.8% and 49.7%compared to the control.It indicated that EBR treatment slowed down the development rate of M.persicae nymphs.(2) After 18 days of induction with all three concentrations of EBR,the contents of tannin,total phenols and flavonoids in L.ruthenicum leaves significantly increased compared to the control,along with increases soluble protein and soluble sugar content.(3) The fecundity and molting frequency of M.persicae were negatively correlated with the increase in total phenol and tannin content in L.ruthenicum leaves after EBR induction and positively correlated with the increase in protein content.[Conclusion]Exogenous EBR can induce changes in the metabolic substances of L.ruthenicum,affecting the growth and development of M.persicae and reducing its fecundity.
