摘  要:对一起110 kV变压器突发跳闸的事件进行了分析,通过对故障GIS设备进行解体检查,确认是由于绝缘传动拉杆中存在微小缺陷(气泡或者杂质),在长时间的运行过程中,导致绝缘拉杆的绝缘能力下降,使得隔离开关整体的电场不均匀,进而造成内部放电引发AB相间短路,飞溅的碎片和汽化的部分金属导体污染盆式绝缘子,最终引发三相短路,外部表现为变压器差动保护动作,2号主变跳闸。针对该起事件,提出了加强GIS设备带电检测,落实生产和装配作业现场“无尘化”,强化设备主人和专业部门对关键节点的监督管理,可以提早发现隐蔽缺陷并尽快消除,保证变电站重要设备的安全稳定运行。An emergency tripping of a 110 kV transformer was analyzed.Through the disassembly inspection of the faulty GIS equipment,it was confirmed that there were tiny defects(bubbles or impurities)in the insulation transmission pull rod,which caused the insulation capacity of the insulation pull rod to decrease during the long-term operation,which made the overall electric field of the disconnector uneven,and then caused internal discharge to cause AB phase-to-phase short circuit.Splash debris and vaporized metal conductors polluted the basin insulator,and finally caused three-phase short circuit.The external performance was transformer differential protection action,and the No.2 transformer tripped.In view of this incident,it is proposed to strengthen the live detection of GIS equipment,implement the"dust-free"production and assembly work site,and strengthen the supervision and management of key nodes by equipment owners and professional departments,which can find hidden defects early and eliminate them as soon as possible,and ensure the safe and stable operation of important equipment in substation.
