摘  要:随着新能源产业的发展,采用大直径、高强度钢管输送氢气是未来氢能发展的必然趋势。分析了输氢管线钢在氢相容性试验中不同试验参数、输氢介质压力及组分、管线钢组织及强度、夹杂物和残余应力等对管线钢在高压氢气环境下的氢脆敏感性,讨论了降低输氢管线钢的氢脆敏感性的方法,提出了需要进一步重点研发的方向。With the development of the new energy industry,the use of large⁃diameter and high⁃strength steel pipes to transport hydrogen is an inevitable trend for the future development of hydrogen energy.The hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of hydrogen pipeline steel in high⁃pressure hydrogen environment under different test parameters,hydrogen medium pressure and composition,pipeline steel structure and strength,inclusions and residual stress are analyzed in hydrogen compatibility tests.Methods to reduce the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of hydrogen pipeline steel are discussed,and directions for further research and development are proposed.
