超临界二氧化碳输送管道止裂预测模型研究进展

摘  要:随着碳捕集、利用与封存技术的不断应用,超临界CO_(2)输送管道建设需求逐渐增大。然而,当前超临界CO_(2)输送管道止裂预测方法尚不完善,使得CO_(2)输送管道设计过程中止裂韧性难以确定,成为限制其广泛应用的瓶颈。以Battelle双曲线模型适用性验证为切入点,对已开展的CO_(2)输送管道全尺寸爆破试验进行了介绍,得到该模型对于超临界CO_(2)输送管道不再适用的结论;同时针对当前超临界CO_(2)输送管道止裂模型以及CO_(2)减压行为与管道断裂行为两个重要方面,就国内外最新研究进展进行了综述与讨论,并指出了当前各项研究中存在的问题。建议后续大规模开展全尺寸爆破试验,丰富爆破试验数据库,并重点开展管道动态断裂行为定量分析研究,以期为超临界CO_(2)输送管道止裂设计提供指导。With the application of carbon capture,utilization and storage technology,the construction demand of supercritical CO_(2) pipeline is increasing.However,the current prediction method for crack arrest in supercritical CO_(2) pipelines is not yet perfect,making it hard to determine fracture toughness during CO_(2) pipeline design process,which becomes a bottleneck restricting its further development.Taking the applicability verification of Battelle two curve model as the starting point,full⁃scale burst tests of CO_(2) pipelines that are carried out abroad are introduced,and the model is no longer applicable to supercritical CO_(2) pipelines.A review were conducted on the latest research progress at home and abroad,focusing on the two important directions of CO_(2) pressure decompression behavior and pipeline fracture behavior in current research on supercritical CO_(2) pipeline crack arrest control.The shortcomings of current research were pointed out.It is recommended to conduct large⁃scale blasting tests in the future,enrich the blasting test database,and focus on quantitative analysis of pipeline dynamic fracture behavior,in order to provide guidance for the design of supercritical CO_(2) pipeline crack prevention.
