摘 要:针对CCUS工程用大输量超临界二氧化碳输送管道工程,以低C中Mn为基础,添加Ni、Cr、Cu、Nb、Ti等复合微合金元素进行合金体系设计,并配合高洁净化炼钢和大吨位压下轧制技术,开发出了化学成分、力学性能稳定,低温韧性优异,具有良好成型、焊接性能的X65M钢级22 mm厚钢板。采用含有Ni-Mo-Ti微合金的焊丝,结合高碱度氟碱型烧结焊剂,开发出了超临界二氧化碳输送用X65M钢级Φ610 mm×22 mm JCOE直缝埋弧焊管。对该焊管进行理化性能检测,检测结果完全符合API SPEC5L(46版)标准要求,特别是-45℃下母材冲击功大于350 J,焊缝和HAZ各自平均冲击功都大于200 J,母材、焊缝和HAZ各自的韧脆转变温度FATT_(50%)均低于-75℃,母材DWTT的平均FATT_(85%)达到-38℃。外焊缝中大角度晶界占比68.9%,残余奥氏体组织约占2.5%,确保了焊缝的低温高韧性。试验结果表明,开发出的超临界二氧化碳输送用X65M钢级Φ610 mm×22 mm直缝埋弧焊管,低温断裂韧性已达到行业较高水平,完全满足超临界二氧化碳输送用管的安全服役需求。In order to meet high⁃capacity of the CCUS project for supercritical CO_(2)transportation pipeline,an alloy system design was carried out based on low C medium Mn,with the addition of composite microalloying elements such as Ni,Cr,Cu,Nb,Ti,etc.Combined with high⁃purity steel making and large tonnage reduction rolling technology,the hot rolled steel plate with X65M steel grade of thickness of 22 mm have been developed,with stable chemical composition,mechanical properties,excellent low⁃temperature toughness,and good formability and weldability.Adopting Ni-Mo-Ti wire combined with high alkalinity fluorine alkaline sintering flux,the low⁃temperature supercritical CO_(2)pipeline with X65MΦ610 mm×22 mm JCOE SAWL pipe was developed.The physical and chemical properties of the welded pipe were tested.The results showed that it fully complies with the API SPEC 5L(46th edition)standard,especially the impact energy of the base material at-45℃is greater than 350 J,and the average impact energy of the weld and HAZ are both greater than 200 J.The ductile brittle transition temperature FATT_(50%)of the base material,weld and HAZ are all lower than-75℃,the average FATT_(85%)of the base material DWTT reaches-38℃.The proportion of large angle grain boundaries in the outer weld seam is 68.9%,and the residual austenite structure accounts for about 2.5%,ensuring the low⁃temperature high toughness of the weld seam.It can be seen that the developed X65MΦ610 mm×22 mm JCOE welded pipe for supercritical CO_(2)transportation has achieved a high level of low⁃temperature fracture toughness in the industry,fully meeting the safety service requirements of pipes for supercritical CO_(2)transportation.
