超临界二氧化碳输送用X65钢级HFW焊管组织和性能分析

摘  要:针对CCS用超临界二氧化碳输送管道,开发了X65钢级HFW焊管超临界CO_(2)管,利用冲击试验、拉伸试验、金相分析、扫描电镜分析等手段,分析了其母材、焊缝及焊接热影响区的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,开发的新型超临界CO_(2)用HFW焊管具有高韧性(-45℃冲击功≥200 J、韧脆转变温度<-60℃)的特点;X65钢级HFW焊管母材组织主要由准多边形铁素体(QF)、多边形铁素体(PF)和少量珠光体(P)组成,焊缝中心和热影响区组织主要由多边形铁素体、珠光体和少量的准多边形铁素体组成,与管体母材相比,焊缝中心组织中的珠光体含量增多,准多边形铁素体减少;综合冲击韧性结果和微观组织,此HFW焊管母材和焊缝具有良好的匹配性能,尤其是低温冲击韧性优异,可为超临界CO_(2)长距离输送管道的应用提供借鉴。X65 HFW welded pipe supercritical CO_(2) pipe was developed for CCS use.The mechanical properties and microstructure of the base material,weld seam,and welding heat affected zone were analyzed using the impact testing,the tensile testing,the metallographic analysis,the scanning electron microscopy analysis,and other methods.The results indicate that the newly developed HFW welded pipe for supercritical CO_(2) has the characteristics of high toughness(AkV2≥200 J at-45℃,FATT50<-60℃)of the HFW pipe.The microstructure of X65 steel grade HFW welded pipe base material is mainly composed of the QF,PF and a little P.The microstructure of weld center and HAZ mainly consists of PF,P and a small amount of QF,compared with the base metal,the P content in the center of the weld metal increased and the QF decreased.Based on the results of the impact toughness and microstructure,the base metal and weld metal of the HFW pipe have good matching properties,and the mechanical properties,especially the low temperature impact toughness,are excellent,thus providing the references for the research and the development of the supercritical CO_(2) long⁃distance transportation pipelines.
