摘 要:郁江“2001.7”洪水是1937年以来郁江流域发生的最大洪水,为20年一遇大洪水,洪水给沿河两岸群众造成直接经济损失数亿元。利用具有良好调节作用的百色水库对该次郁江流域大洪水开展现状边界条件下模拟仿真复盘分析和研究,总结归纳出郁江流域水库调度运行方式、时机把握等特征规律,对未来遭遇类似洪水时,充分用水库进行科学合理调度,发挥水库拦洪削峰作用,最大限度减轻洪涝灾害具有十分重要现实意义。The"2001.7"flood was the largest flood that has occurred in the Yujiang River Basin since 1937.It was a once-in-20-years flood and had cause direct economic losses of hundreds of millions of yuan to people along the river.Based on Baise Multipurpose Dam Project with superior regulating capability,the Yujiang"2001.7"flood was simulated under current boundary conditions and inversion analysis was conducted.The reservoir regulation mode and timing of Yujiang River Basin was summarized,which is of great practical significance to make full use of the reservoir for scientific and rational regulation,play the role of the reservoir in flood retaining and peak cutting,and minimize the flood disaster to the greatest extent possible when encountering similar floods in the future.
