摘  要:近年来,中小河流已成为防汛工作重点关注的领域,由于中小河流洪水往往发生在地势陡峭的山区,水流路径多样且难以预测,因此防范难度大,且中小河流的流域范围较小,预警能力相对较弱,加上防范能力不足,导致预警难度增大。本文通过近年南宁市中小河流预警实战工作经验,提出一些关于中小河流洪水预警研判方法。In recent years,small and medium-sized rivers have become the focus of flood control work.Because the floods in small and medium-sized rivers often occur in steep mountainous areas with the water flow paths variable and difficult to predict,the flood prevention is difficult.Furthermore,the catchment area of small or medium-sized river is relatively small and the warning capability relatively weak,the prevention capability insufficient,which lead to the warning difficulty increase.Based on practical experience of recent years in warning of small and medium sized rivers in Nanning City,the author put forward some flood warning judgement methods for small and medium sized rivers.
