苏烟水库水生态环境现状调查及水源安全保护分析

摘　　要：为了解苏烟水库水生态环境现状,于2022年和2023年5月、9月对水库坝首、库中、库尾水生态进行调查监测,采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数对结果的种类、丰度进行水生态状况综合评价,并对2018~2023年坝首常规监测结果进行水质评价。2022年、2023年分别鉴定出浮游植物6门58种(属)和6门54种(属),均以绿藻、蓝藻和硅藻为主。2022年鉴定出浮游动物4门40种类,以轮虫门、原生动物门和桡足类门为主,2023年签定出4门62种(属),以轮虫和原生动物为主,综合生物指数变化范围分别为59.2~81.2,综合状况评价范围分别为II~Ⅲ级,水华等级分别为无水华、无明显水华和轻度水华,营养状态评价均为中营养,水库浮游生物多样性物种丰富度较高,坝首为地表水Ⅰ-Ⅲ类水质,个别月份未达到水功能区Ⅱ类水质目标要求,主要超标项目为总磷,水质尚好,总体水生态环境良好。In order to understand the current status of water ecological environment at Suyan Reservoir,investigation and monitoring of water ecology was carried out at main dam,in the reservoir and at the reservoir tail in May and September of 2022 and 2023.Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef richness index were used to compre⁃hensively evaluate the water ecological status in respects of species and abundance of the results,and the water quality at main dam was evaluated based on the conventional monitoring results from 2018 to 2023.In 2022 and 2023,58 species(genera)from 6 phyla and 54 species(genera)from 6 phyla of phytoplankton were respectively identified,mainly composed of green algae,blue-green algae and diatoms.In 2022,40 species from 4 phyla of zoo⁃plankton were identified,mainly consisting of the phyla of rotifers,protozoa and copepods.In 2023,62 species(gen⁃era)from 4 phyla were identified,mainly consisting of rotifers and protozoa.The comprehensive biological index ranged from 59.2 to 81.2.The comprehensive status evaluation range is II~III.The water bloom grades were anhy⁃drous,not obvious and mild.The nutritional status evaluation result was medium nutrition.The diversity and spe⁃cies richness of plankton in reservoirs are relatively high.The surface water quality at the main dam is class I~III.In some months,the water quality target requirements of class II in the water function zone were not reached with the main item exceeding standard is total phosphorus.The water quality is good,and the overall water ecological en⁃vironment is in good condition.
