摘 要:中老铁路建成通车后,位于东南亚内陆地区的老挝从“陆锁国”一跃成为“陆联国”。本文研究中老铁路运行背景下中国—老挝贸易所取得的成效、仍存在的瓶颈与未来发展契机。研究发现:利用中老铁路的地缘经济优势,中老两国共同建立了磨憨—磨丁经济合作区,推动了中老双边经济贸易合作关系不断走深走实。但目前中老铁路运行背景下的中老贸易仍存在数字化应用普及程度不够深入、政企直接投资金额比例不够均衡等瓶颈。本文提出要把握好发展多式联运的运输方式,建设“中老铁路+陆海新通道”;发展跨境“丝路电商”背景下的数字贸易;加大我国对老挝直接对外投资等发展契机,以促进中老贸易高质量合作。Following the completion and opening of the China-Laos Railway,Laos,previously a landlocked country in Southeast Asia,has transformed into a land-linked nation.This paper examines the achievements,existing challenges,and future opportunities in China-Laos trade under the operational context of the China-Laos Railway.The study finds that by leveraging the geo-economic advantages of railway,China and Laos have jointly established the Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone,thereby deepening bilateral economic and trade cooperation.Despite these advancements,challenges remain,including insufficient penetration of digital applications and an imbalanced ratio of direct investment between government and enterprises.This paper proposes several strategies to address these issues:developing multimodal transport systems through the construction of the"China-Laos Railway+New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor",advancing digital trade under the framework of crossborder"Silk Road e-commerce",and increasing China’s direct investments in Laos to promote high-quality trade cooperation between China and Laos.
