摘　　要：长期以来,我国位居世界苹果出口贸易榜首,对世界苹果市场发展具有重要影响。但近年来我国对欧盟苹果出口贸易规模持续下滑,出口市场数量拓展有限,产品竞争力不足,出口均价相对偏高,贸易互补性趋弱,国别间差异较大,国内产品质检标准大幅低于欧盟标准,频遭技术性贸易壁垒制约。新时期,深化我国国内苹果产业转型升级,增扩对欧盟出口市场数量,优化地区结构分布,对标欧盟产品标准,完善国内苹果质检体系,增进中欧双方经贸部门合作,推进贸易自由化与便利化谈判,提升互联互通水平,推动我国对欧盟苹果出口贸易高质量发展。For a long time,China has been a leading player in the global apple export market,significantly influencing the development of the worldwide apple market.However,in recent years,the trade scale of Chinese apple export to EU has been declining,the expansion of export markets has been limited,the product competitiveness remains insufficient,the average price of exports keeps rising,the trade complementarities tend to be weakening,the differences between countries are rather large,the level of domestic product quality standards are substantially lower than those of EU,and frequently trade barriers restrictions are encountered.In the new era,it is essential to deepen the transformation and upgrading of China's domestic apple industry,expand the number of export markets to EU,and optimize the regional distribution structure.With reference to EU product standards,China should perfect domestic apple quality inspection system,enhance the cooperation of foreign trade departments between China and EU,promote trade liberalization and facilitation negotiations,and improve connectivity infrastructure so as to realize the high-quality trade development of Chinese apple export to the EU.
