摘　　要：中老铁路是中老两国互利合作、高质量共建“一带一路”的标志性工程,研究优化中老铁路跨境运输,对于维护好、运营好中老铁路具有重要意义。针对中老铁路跨境物流业务流程中所出现的信息收集困难、信息传递效率低、信息泄露等问题,对传统的中老铁路货运业务流程进行分析,提出区块链视角下的总体架构方案,设计基于区块链的“中老铁路”跨境物流业务流程网络架构方式,模拟区块链视角下的中老铁路货运业务流程,以实现共享数据的去中心化,提高中老铁路作业的协同性和安全可靠性。文章对传统的跨境物流业务流程与区块链视角下的新业务流程进行比较分析,为中老铁路国际货运提供新思维和新方法,为中老铁路“一单制”的事实打下坚实基础。China-Laos Railway is a symbolic project of mutually beneficial cooperation and high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative between the two countres.It is of great significance to study and optimize the cross-border transportation for the China-Laos Railway for its maintenance and operation.In view of the information problems such as difficult connection,low transfer efficiency and leakages in the cross-border logistics business process of China-Laos railway,this paper analyzes the traditional freight business process of China-Laos railway,puts forward the overall framework from the perspective of blockchain technology.It designs a blockchain-based network architecture for cross-border logistics business processes of the China-Laos Railway and simulates the freight business processes from the blockchain perspective to achieve decentralized shared data,enhancing the coordination and security reliability of China-Laos Railway operations.The paper conducts a comparative analysis between traditional cross-border logistics business processes and the new business processes from the blockchain perspective,providing new ideas and methods for international freight transport on the China-Laos Railway and laying a solid foundation for the implementation of a single document system.
