摘 要:动力集中动车组供电系统由牵引供电系统和辅助供电系统组成。其中,辅助供电系统具有为车上空调、插座等保障旅客舒适出行的设备供电的重要作用。文章首先以CR200J动力集中动车组的辅助供电系统为例,对DC 110 V充电机、AC 380 V三相逆变器、AC 220 V单相逆变器和蓄电池的技术现状进行了论述,分析了其技术短板;然后结合碳达峰碳中和、智能制造等新发展理念,从节能高效、轻量化、智能化BMS等方面,对辅助供电系统的未来技术发展趋势进行了展望,并对核心关键技术进行了可行性分析与验证。The power supply system of centralized power EMU consists of traction power supply system and auxiliary power supply system.Among them,the auxiliary power supply system plays an important role in supplying power to equipment such as air conditioners and sockets on the vehicle to ensure the comfort of travelers.This paper begins with the auxiliary power supply system of CR200J EMU,and discusses the current state of the technology of DC 110 V chargers,AC 380 V three-phase inverters,AC 220 V single-phase inverters and storage batteries,as well as their technical shortcomings.Combined with the latest development concepts such as carbon peak,carbon-neutral,intelligent manufacturing,etc.,the future technological development trend of auxiliary power supply systems is predicted in terms of energy savings,high efficiency,light weight,intelligent BMS,etc.,and the feasibility of the core key technology is analyzed and verified.
