摘  要:随着氢能轨道车辆的不断发展,燃料电池系统功率等级也逐渐提高,文章基于氢能轨道车辆功率需求,定制化开发大功率DC/DC变流器。介绍了燃料电池用升压DC/DC变流器设计过程与各关键部件选型计算分析,通过Simulink搭建变流器仿真模型进行仿真分析,最终对DC/DC变流器进行产品测试。测试结果表明:300 kW DC/DC变流器输入电压显示精度≤±2 V,输出电压精度≤±3 V,输入输出电流纹波<±1%,在额定工况效率≥95%时,峰值效率>98%。由于采用了优越高频特性的碳化硅器件和多路交错并联控制,有效地减小了输入输出纹波电流,同时轻量、小型化设计也降低了系统体积、质量。双向DC/DC变换器能够用来控制燃料电池输出功率,为后续氢能燃料电池系统装车或试验室调试验证提供硬件基础。Following the continuous development of hydrogen powered rail vehicles,the power level of the fuel cell system is gradually increased.Based on the power need of hydrogen powered rail vehicles,this article customizes the development of a high-power DC/DC converter,describes in detail the design process of the boost DC/DC converter for fuel cells and the calculation and analysis for selection of its key components.A converter simulation model has been built up with Simulink for simulation analysis and finally the product tests have been performed on the DC/DC converter.The test result shows that the input voltage display precision of 300 kW DC/DC converter≤±2 V,the output voltage precision≤±3 V,the input and output current ripple<±1%and the peak efficiency>98%when the rated operating efficiency≥95%.Due to the use of the silicon carbide devices with superior high-frequency characteristics and the multi-channel interleaved parallel control,the input and output ripple currents are effectively reduced.At the same time,the lightweight and miniaturized design also reduces the volume and the mass of the system.The bidirectional DC/DC converter can be used to control the output power of fuel cells,providing a hardware foundation for subsequent installation or laboratory debugging and verification of the hydrogen fuel cell system.
