摘　　要：铁路隧道救援凹底平车是为满足C 70系列、C 80型及C 64型等运煤敞车在双线隧道内脱轨实施整体救援而研制的专用装备。文章叙述了其主要特点、主要性能参数与尺寸、主要结构等内容,并详细阐述了救援凹底平车的静力学及动力学计算情况以及车辆落成后进行的各项型式试验情况,最后介绍了该车的简要救援操作步骤及正常操作的总体时间。The depressed center flat car for rescue in railway tunnels is a special equipment developed for implementing the overall rescue of derailed coal hopper cars of series C70,model C80 and model C64 in double-track tunnels.This article states its main characteristics,main performance parameters and dimensions,main structure,etc.,expounds the static and dynamic calculations of the depressed center flat car for rescue as well as various type tests after completion of the car,and introduces the brief rescue operation steps and the duration of normal operation of the car.
