摘 要:采用有限元与试验相结合的手段,开展蜂窝夹芯结构的等效建模方法研究,提出了一种新的铺层等效建模方法。通过对蜂窝夹芯板样件进行弯曲性能试验,基于刚度等效理论,当不同载荷作用下样件实体单元建模的位移值等于试验位移值时,得到蜂窝夹芯结构的等效模量参数。对样件采用复合材料铺层的建模方法,铺层建模后的仿真位移值与试验位移的误差在许可范围内,验证该方法的正确性。文章同时将保温集装箱的实体建模和铺层等效建模与箱体试验工况下的位移值、应力值进行对比,对比结果表明,铺层等效建模、实体建模计算结果与试验值的位移值及应力值误差在15%以内。通过仿真-试验对比分析,该铺层等效建模方法可很好地模拟实际蜂窝夹芯结构,并且大大地提高了有限元建模及分析效率。This article combines the means of FEA and testing,studies the equivalent modelling method for honeycomb sandwich structure and proposes a new equivalent modelling method by layer stacking.Honeycomb sandwich panel samples are used for bending performance test.According to the equivalent stiffness theory,when the displacement values of the sample under different loads in the solid unit model are the same as the displacement values in the test,the equivalent modulus parameter of the honeycomb sandwich structure is obtained.The modelling method by composite layer stacking of the sample is adopted.When the deviation of the displacement values in the test from the simulated displacement values in the layer stacking model is within the allowable range,the correctness of this method is verified.This article also compares the displacement values and the stress values in the solid model,in the layer stacking equivalent model and in the test conditions of the insulated container,and the result shows that the deviation of the displacement values and the stress values in the test from the calculation results of the layer stacking equivalent model and the solid model is within 15%.Through simulation,testing,comparison and analysis described in this article,it turns out that the equivalent modelling method by layer stacking can simulate the actual honeycomb sandwich structure very well and greatly improve the efficiency of finite element modelling and analysis.
