摘 要:文章介绍了某出口100 t铁路起重机转向架的研制目标、主要研究内容、主要技术参数、转向架主要结构、仿真计算及试验情况。该转向架主要用于铁路机车车辆脱线事故的救援工作,特别适用于电气接触网下、隧道和桥梁上的铁路事故救援工作。同时兼有轨道维护、大吨位构件的安装和重型货物的装卸用途。该转向架试验结果表明,转向架的构架静强度符合GB/T 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》要求,所测应力均小于相应工况下的许用应力。4轴转向架存在曲线通过困难、轮轨横向力大等问题,通过合理的结构设计,使转向架具备半径70 m的曲线通过能力,曲线通过试验中未发现转向架零部件间发生干涉现象。装配该转向架的100 t伸缩臂式铁路起重机已运行近六年,车辆运用状态良好,闸瓦磨耗均匀,未出现任何不良现象,深受用户好评。This article describes the objective of development,the content of study,the main technical parameters,the main structure,the simulating calculation and testing of the bogie for an exported 100-ton railway crane.The test result shows that the static strength of the bogie frame complies with the requirements of GB/T 3811—2008 Design rules for cranes and that the tested stress values are all inferior to the allowable stresses in corresponding cases.The bogie is able to negotiate curves with a radius of 70 m and no interference with parts and components of the bogie is detected.The 100-ton telescopic railway crane equipped with this bogie has been in operation for nearly six years.The vehicle is in good working condition,with even wear on the brake shoes and no adverse phenomena and has received high praise from users.
