摘　　要：文章针对CRH380B平台动车组低压直流母线拓扑及供电接触器工作原理进行了分析,总结了低压直流母线接触器故障类型及故障模式,开展了低压母线接触器优化控制方案的试验研究。首先介绍了CRH380B平台动车组低压直流母线的电路拓扑,其次说明了低压母线接触器控制原理及其自身的工作原理,分类归纳介绍了接触器失效模式,基于现有运用车组快速整改,针对CRH380B平台动车组低压母线接触器故障问题提出了优化控制方案,并通过地面模拟及现车改造验证了优化方案可行性。试验结果表明,控制优化方案具备可行性,单个接触器故障影响可控,接触器故障失效风险降低,针对母线接触器故障,提出低压母线供电优化方案,系统性提升母线供电稳定性,降低母线接触器故障对车辆级的故障影响。This paper analyzes the low-voltage DC bus topology and the working principle of the power supply contactor for CRH380B EMUs,summarizes the fault types and fault modes of the low-voltage DC bus contactor,and conducts tests and research on the optimal control scheme for the low-voltage bus contactor.Firstly,introduce the circuit topology of the low-voltage DC bus of CRH380B EMUs,then explains control principle of the low-voltage bus contactor and its own working principle.Finally,the contactor failure modes are classified and inroduced.Based on the rectification carried out on the existing EMUs,an optimized control solution was proposed for the failure problem of the low-voltage bus contactor of CRH380B EMUs.The feasibility of the optimized solution was verified by ground simulation and the rectification performed on the existing EMUs.The results of the test demonstrate that the optimized control solution is feasible,the impact of a single contactor failure is manageable,and the likelihood of contactor failure is reduced.The proposed optimized solution systematically improves the stability of the bus power supply and reduces the impact of bus contactor failures on vehicle-level failures.
