摘  要:以轨道车辆制动系统用止回阀为对象,研究其在运用过程中发生异响的原因。首先采用Amesim仿真软件建立了止回阀仿真模型,通过对比仿真与实物试验的静态特性及动态特性指标,验证了仿真模型的有效性,在此基础上根据止回阀结构原理分析了异响原因。研究了不同环境参数对止回阀动态特性的影响,通过参数化方法探讨了不同结构参数对止回阀阀芯动态特性的影响,得到了影响动态特性的主要结构因素,提出了消除止回阀异响的优化方法,并结合实物试验验证了优化方法的有效性。This article takes the check valve for braking system of rail vehicles for object and studies the causes of the abnormal noise in its service.Firstly,the simulation software Amesim is used to build up the simulation model for the check valve and the effectiveness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the static and dynamic characteristic indicators in simulation and in full scale test.On this basis,the causes of the abnormal noise are analysed according to the structural principle of the check valve.It studies the impact of different environmental parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the check valve,discusses the impact of different structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the check valve core by means of parameterization to conclude the main structural factors influencing the dynamic characteristics,proposes the optimization method to eliminate the abnormal noise of the check valve and verifies the effectiveness of the optimization method with the full scale test.
