乡村振兴视域下乡风文明建设水平的系统测度、演进态势及空间关联性

摘　　要：对2011—2020年中国30个省份(除港澳台、西藏)乡风文明建设进行系统测度,综合采取熵权法、核密度估计、泰尔指数和社会网络分析4种方法,对国内乡风文明建设的演进态势和空间关联性进行论述,结果如下:在演进态势方面,国内乡风文明建设水平呈波动性上升态势,但地区间发展较不均衡,国内东部地区乡风文明建设水平优于中部地区和西部地区,中西部地区建设指数增幅大于东部地区,东中西部乡风文明建设水平差异呈缩小态势。基于东中西三大地区视角,乡风文明总体建设水平、乡村传统美德、农民受教育程度、文化娱乐设施可及性4项指数差异主要源于组内差异。在空间关联结构层面,各省份总体空间密度和空间总关联条数呈波动性上升态势,国内乡风文明主要在东部地区发展较好,呈现出东部向西部地区和中部地区辐射的趋势。基于此,得出以下启示:一是以意识提升、行为规范来促使乡村传统美德传承;二是加大教育培训和人才输入来保证农村地区人力资源;三是通过开展文化节庆、农民市集等活动来丰富农村地区文化娱乐活动;四是建设基础交通设施以及信息通信设施提升农村地区文化娱乐设施的可及性;五是大力发展文化旅游以及文化创意产业来提升农村文化娱乐消费水平;六是加强东中西部地区区域关联,促进传统优秀文化扩散溢出。This paper systematically measures the rural civilization construction in 30 provinces of China(excluding such provinces as Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and Xizang)from 2011 to 2020.Employing a combination of entropy weight method,kernel density estimation,Theil index,and social network analysis,the study investigates the evolution trend and spatial associa⁃tion of rural civilization construction in China.Findings show that the construction level of rural civilization has exhibited a fluc⁃tuating upward trend,with significant regional disparities.Eastern region in China generally surpasses the central and western regions in terms of rural civilization construction,although the central and western regions have witnessed a larger increase in the construction index compared to the east region,with a narrowing gap in rural civilization construction among the east,cen⁃tral,and western regions,while variations in the overall construction level,traditional virtues,farmer education attainment,and accessibility of cultural entertainment facilities are primarily driven by differences within each region.From the perspective of spatial association,the overall spatial density and total number of spatial connections among provinces have shown a fluctuating upward trend.Rural civilization construction is generally better developed in the eastern region,demonstrating a trend of radiat⁃ing towards the western and central regions.Based on these findings,the paper offers the following implications:(1)promoting the inheritance of traditional virtues through awareness-raising and behavioral norms;(2)increasing education and training op⁃portunities and talent input to ensure human resource development in rural areas;(3)enriching cultural and entertainment activi⁃ties in rural areas through cultural festivals,farmers’markets,etc.;(4)improving accessibility to cultural entertainment facilities in rural areas by constructing infrastructure for transportation and information communication;(5)enhancing rural cultural enter⁃tainme
