摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足新的历史方位,围绕提升人大工作质量和水平,筑牢强国建设和民族复兴的制度根基,全面加强党对人大工作的领导,大力发展全过程人民民主,积极推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,进一步健全人民当家作主制度体系,推动人大工作取得历史性成就。新时代新征程,我们要遵循党的十八大以来人民代表大会制度建设和人大工作积累的新经验,进一步围绕发展全过程人民民主,坚持和完善人民代表大会制度,为实现新时代新征程党和人民的奋斗目标提供坚实制度保障。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has adhered to and improved the system of people’s congresses,developed the whole-process people’s democracy,ensured that the people are the masters of the country,promoted the historic achievements in the work of the National People’s Congress,and further improved the system of the People’s Congress.On the new journey in the new era,we must follow the new experience accumulated in the institutional construction of the People’s Congress since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,and offer solid institutional guarantee for attaining the goals of the Party and nation.
