摘  要:针对激光跟踪仪在飞机装配工装制造过程中测量精度不稳定的问题,阐述了工装调装测量时OTP的分布方式及其公差分配对接头定位件调装精度的影响。通过分析接头定位件调装时可能产生的轴向偏差和径向偏差,揭示两者产生的根本原因和影响因素。结果表明,OTP的分布方式、测量顺序、设计公差和被测接头定位面的加工公差均会影响被测接头的调装精度。当OTP双侧分布时,被测接头加工公差的取值会放大或缩小OTP的测量公差带,导致后测点的可调公差超出设计公差的有效范围,从而影响接头定位件在工装中的位置精度。Aiming at the problem of unstable measurement accuracy of laser tracker in aircraft assembly fixture manufacturing,the influence of distribution method and tolerance allocation of OTP during the fixture adjustment measurement on the adjustment accuracy of joint locator is described.By analyzing the axial deviation and radial deviation which may occur during the adjustment of joint locator,the root causes and influencing factors of the two are revealed.The results indicate that the adjustment accuracy of joint locator is affected by the distribution method,measuring sequence,design tolerance,and the machining tolerance of the measured joint locating surface of OTP.When OTP is distributed on two sides,OTP measuring tolerance zone is magnified or shrinked by the value of machining tolerance of joint locator,resulting in adjustment tolerance of the measuring point to exceed the effective range of the design tolerance,then affecting the position accuracy of joint locator in the fixture.
