摘  要:随着各国在航空航天领域的探索不断深入,各类设备向智能化、自动化方向发展,装备结构日益复杂,工作环境更加多样化,间歇故障逐渐成为电子设备平稳使用与维修保障的关键。其中,航空计算机电源转换电路模块的间歇故障近年来屡次出现,影响了航空计算机的稳定性和装备的正常运行。面对工程实际需求,以DC-DC电源转换电路为研究对象,依据已有间歇故障理论,通过原理推导、仿真分析和实验验证,深入剖析电路中可能发生的间歇故障机理并对其进行复现,总结得出间歇故障发生的原因,为以后航空计算机实际工况下的间歇故障诊断提供了理论参考。With the continuous and deep exploration of various countries in the aerospace field,various types of equipment are developing to wards intelligence and automation,the equipment structures are becoming more and more complex,and the working environments are becoming more diversified,intermittent faults gradually become a prominent problem in the smooth use and maintenance of electronic equipment.Among them,the intermittent faults of the power conversion circuit module of the aviation computer occur repeatedly in recent years,which affect the stability of the aviation computers and the normal operation of the equipment.Facing the actual needs of engineering,the DC-DC power conversion circuit is taken as the research object.According to the existing theory of intermittent faults,through principle derivation,simulation analysis and experimental verification,the intermittent faults mechanism that may occur in the circuit are deeply analyzed and recurrenced.The causes of intermittent faults are summarized,which provide the theoretical reference for intermittent faults diagnosis under the actual working conditions of aviation computers in the future.
