糟渣类饲料作为饲料原料在畜禽生产中的应用现状

摘　　要：我国糟渣类饲料资源丰富,分布广泛,价格低廉,用作动物饲料原料具有非常高的应用价值。主要搜集和梳理了糟渣类饲料原料的类别、特点以及白酒糟、啤酒糟、豆腐渣和果渣作为饲料原料在动物生产中的应用现状及前景。研究发现,糟渣类饲料可以作为豆粕-玉米基础日粮替代计划的选项。In China,the feeds of dregs resources are abundant,widely distributed and low in price,and has high application value as an animal feed raw material.The categories and characteristics of the feeds of dregs were collected and sorted,as well as the application status and prospect of white wine lees,beer lees,bean curd residue and fruit residue as feed materials.Research has found that residue feeds can be used as an option in a soybean meal-corn-based diet replacement program.
