黎母山片区昆虫物种组成及物种多样性分析

摘　　要：2022年3月—2023年6月,采用样线法、诱虫灯调查、扫网调查和引诱剂调查方法对黎母山片区昆虫纲生物进行调查,并对黎母山片区昆虫纲生物物种组成和多样性进行分析。结果显示,海南热带雨林国家公园黎母山片区昆虫纲生物共12目45科167属238种。鳞翅目为优势类群,含有科类群27个,占总科数的60.00%;含有142属,占总属数的85.03%;种类213个,占总种数的89.50%。物种多样性指数显示,鳞翅目生物Margalef丰富度指数(D)最高,为23.2948,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)最高,为5.2909,Pielou均匀度指数(J)相差较小。分析表明,海南热带雨林国家公园黎母山片区鳞翅目生物不仅具有绝对优势,且具有较丰富的物种数量和复杂的多样性结构。From March 2022 to June 2023,survey methods including line transect method,trap lamp survey,sweep net survey and attractant survey were used to investigate the insect class organisms in Limu Mountain,and the species composition and diversity of insect class organisms in Limu Mountain were analyzed.The results showed that there were a total of 238 species of insects in 167 genera,45 families and 12 orders in the Limu Mountain area of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park.Lepidoptera was the dominant group,containing 27 family groups,accounting for 60.00% of the total number of families;containing 142 genera,accounting for 85.03% of the total genera;there were 213 species,accounting for 89.50% of the total number of species.The species diversity index showed that the Margalef richness index(D)of Lepidoptera was the highest,which was 23.2948,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′)was the highest,which was 5.2909,and the Pielou evenness index(J)was slightly different.The analysis showed that the biological layout of Lepidoptera in the Limu Mountain area of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park had absolute advantages,and had a rich species number and complex diversity structure.
