垦造耕地夏季不同有机肥对甘薯土壤大型动物群落的影响

摘　　要：研究垦造耕地连续2年分别施用3种不同有机肥种植甘薯的土壤大型动物在土层中分布情况,进行了土壤大型动物多样性分析。甘薯田块不同施肥处理下土壤含水率有明显差异,有机肥改善了土壤的物理结构,增加了土层蓄水能力。2年试验结果表明施加有机肥处理土壤大型动物趋向于向土层中下部活动,各肥料处理中不同大型土壤动物类型中膜翅目为优势类群。猪粪商品有机肥处理的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和均匀度指数较高,3种有机肥的多样性指数和均匀度指数明显高于空白处理,其个体数和类群数也明显超过空白和纯化肥处理,有机肥料的施用提高了土壤生物多样性,有利于农业的可持续发展。The distribution of soil macrofauna in the soil layer of sweet potatoes planted with three different organic fertilizers for two consecutive years in cultivated land was studied,and the diversity of soil macrofauna was analyzed.There were significant differences in soil moisture content under different fertilization treatments in sweet potato fields.Organic fertilizer improved the physical structure of the soil and increased its water storage capacity.The results of a 2-year experiment showed that the application of organic fertilizer caused large soil animals to tend to move towards the middle and lower parts of the soil layer,and Hymenoptera remained the dominant group among different types of large soil animals in each fertilizer treatment.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index and evenness index of pig manure commodity organic fertilizer treatment were relatively high.The diversity index and evenness index of the three organic fertilizers were significantly higher than those of the blank treatment,and their individual and group numbers were also significantly higher than those of the blank and pure fertilizer treatments.The application of organic fertilizers improved soil biodiversity and was conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture.
