产销平衡区粮食安全测度与时空特征研究——以云南省为例

摘　　要：[目的]衡量与评估粮食产销平衡区云南省的粮食安全状况,为云南省乃至全国的粮食安全科学探索与地方政府决策提供参考依据。[方法]采用质量系数优化后的耕地压力指数模型对2003—2018年云南省的粮食安全进行定量分析。[结果]从时间上看,云南省粮食安全水平总体上呈上升趋势。从数量上看,16个州(市)中,10个州(市)粮食处于安全状态,占62.50%;6个州(市)粮食安全处于不安全状态,占37.50%。从空间上看,曲靖、大理、保山、红河、文山5州(市)为中度安全,德宏、普洱、临沧、昭通、楚雄5州(市)为低度安全,丽江、昆明2市为低度不安全,西双版纳、玉溪2州(市)为中度不安全,迪庆、怒江为高度不安全,无高度安全地区;粮食安全区域主要集中在云南省东部,其次为西部,粮食不安全区域按不安全程度从高到低依次为东北部、南部及部分中部。[结论]云南省粮食安全形势整体处于不安全状态,但不安全程度较低,属于低度不安全。[Objective]To measure and evaluate the grain security situation in Yunnan Province,one of the production and marketing balance areas,and provide reference for scientific exploration of grain security in Yunnan Province and even the whole country and local government decision-making.[Method]The paper used cultivated land pressure index model with quality coefficient optimization to conduct the quantitative analysis to grain security in Yunnan from 2003 to 2018.[Result]In terms of time,the grain security level of Yunnan Province continues to improve.In terms of quantity,the 16 prefectures(cities)in Yunnan Province,10 prefectures(cities)grain production has been effectively secured,accounting for 62.50%;and 6 prefectures(cities)are in insecurity,accounting for 37.50%.In terms of space,among them Qujing,Dali,Baoshan,Honghe and Wenshan 5 prefectures(cities)are moderately secure,Dehong,Puer,Lincang,Zhaotong and Chuxiong 5 prefectures(cities)are low secure,Lijiang and Kunming 2 cities are low insecure,Xishuangbanna and Yuxi 2 prefectures(cities)are moderately insecure,and Diqing and Nujiang 2 prefectures are highly insecure,and no high secure areas;grain secure areas are concentrated in the east of the province,followed by the west,the degree of insecurity from high to low in the northeast,south and central of province.[Conclusion]The grain security situation in Yunnan Province is in a state of insecurity,but the degree of insecurity is low,belonging to the low degree of insecurity.
