摘　　要：茶叶是台州传统特色农产品,在省内竞争处于劣势,茶产业是台州农业经济支柱产业,其健康发展对促进产地山区共同富裕和乡村振兴具有重要意义。随着科技的进步和电商的兴起,台州茶产业发展迎来了新的风口,在全面了解台州茶产业现状基础上,运用SWOT法,从内部优势及劣势、外部机遇及威胁4个方面对台州茶产业进行全面分析,梳理产业优势和面临的问题,最后给出促进台州市茶产业健康可持续发展的对策。Tea is a traditional characteristic agricultural product in Taizhou,which is at a disadvantage in the competition in the province.Tea industry is the pillar industry of Taizhou agricultural economy,and its healthy development is of great significance to promote the common prosperity of mountainous areas and rural revitalization.With the progress of science and technology and the rise of e-commerce,the development of Taizhou tea industry has ushered in a new outlet.Based on status survey and by using SWOT method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Taizhou tea industry from four aspects:internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,sorts out the advantages and problems faced by the industry,finally,proposes countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Taizhou tea industry.
