摘　　要：护理会诊有助于解决疑难、危重的护理问题,提高护理质量,促进患者恢复健康。为规范护理会诊案例写作,更好的推广护理经验,本文参考国内外相关病案报告指南,尝试编制中西医结合护理会诊案写作要点和核对清单,为国内护理工作者撰写高质量护理会诊案例报告提供参考,推动中西医结合护理“五案”报告规范的制定和推广应用。Nursing consultation helps to solve difficult and critical nursing problems,improve the quality of nursing,and promote the recovery of patients.In order to standardize nursing con⁃sultation case writing and better promote experience of clinical nursing practice,this paper re⁃viewed the relevant reports and guidelines at home and abroad,and attempts to summarize key points and generate a checklist for writing high quality nursing consultation case reports.This pa⁃per also provides reference for nursing consultation practice and promotes the standard-making and application of nursing"Five Cases"reports.
