摘　　要：护理病例讨论制度是护理核心制度之一。本文参考国内外相关病案报告指南,尝试编制“中西医结合病例讨论案写作要点和核对清单”,重点对病例讨论类型、目的、组织、实施、评价五方面结构模块化,使护理病例讨论制度向专业化、规范化发展,为国内护理工作者撰写高质量护理病例讨论案例报告提供借鉴和参考,推动中西医结合护理案例报告规范的制定和推广应用。Nursing case discussion system is one of the core nursing systems.This paper re⁃fers to the relevant medical case reporting guidelines at home and abroad,and tries to compile the"Key Points and Checklist of Integrative Nursing Case Discussion",focusing on the modulariza⁃tion of the five aspects of case discussion type,purpose,organization,implementation and evalu⁃ation,so as to make the nursing case discussion system develop professionally and standardized,provide reference and reference for domestic nursing workers to write high-quality nursing case discussion case reports,and promote the formulation,promotion and application of nursing case reporting standards of Integrative Nursing.
