中西医结合治疗1例高龄顽固性便秘患者的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例高龄顽固性便秘患者的中西结合治疗和护理经验。在常规治疗的同时,依据知识转化模型(KTA),将循证指南推荐的便秘管理最佳证据进行临床实践,并依据相关中西医结合诊疗专家共识,形成基于循证的个体化中西医协同护理方案,采用中药保留灌肠软化粪石、中药离子导入促进肠蠕动、子午流注经皮穴位电刺激治疗促进气血运行,并配合营养、运动、排便等多维度护理,有效改善患者便秘症状。This article summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient with refractory constipation treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.In addition to con⁃ventional treatment,the best evidence of constipation management recommended by evidencebased guidelines was put into clinical practice according to the Knowledge to Action Framework(KTA),and an evidence-based individualized integrated traditional Chinese and Western medi⁃cine nursing plan was formed according to the relevant expert consensus on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment.The implementation of Traditional Chi⁃nese medicine retention enema to soften the fecal stone,Traditional Chinese medicine iontophore⁃sis to promote intestinal peristalsis,meridian flow transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation therapy,and nutrition,exercise and defecation mode multi-dimensional management were safe and effective,and the constipation of patients was relieved,which provided a reference for the nursing of elderly patients with constipation.
