提高结构性心脏病患者出入量记录准确率的品管圈实践

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动提高结构性心脏病患者出入量记录准确率的应用效果。方法92例结构性心脏病患者分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=44)。对照组采用科室常规记录出入量的方法;观察组采用QCC进行出入量记录的管理,以确定“提高结构性心脏病患者出入量记录准确率”为主题展开QCC活动,护理人员运用查检表对患者出入量记录现状进行调查,采用鱼骨图分析主要原因并查找真因,制订对策和持续改进。比较两组出入量记录准确率。结果观察组出入量记录准确率为72.92%(140/192),明显高于对照组的48.30%(85/176),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。圈员解决问题能力、责任感、自信心、凝聚力、积极性、品管手法提高。结论QCC活动有利于提高结构性心脏病患者出入量记录准确率。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in improving the accuracy of intake and output in patients with structural heart disease.Methods Totally 92 patients with structural heart disease were divided into the observation group(n=48)and control group(n=44).The control group received routine nursing management in recoding in⁃take and output volume.A QCC team was established to carry out QCC activities with the theme of"Improve the accuracy of intake and output in patients with structural heart disease".Nurses had investigated the status quo of recoding intake and output volume by using check sheets,and formulated countermeasures according to the analysis on the main causes of inaccurate records of intake and output volume.The accuracy of intake and output volume was measured and compared between two groups.Results The accuracy of recording intake and output volume in patients with structural heart disease was increased from 48.30%to%72.91,and the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.01).QCC activities had improved nurses’ability of using QCC manage⁃ment tools.Conclusion The QCC activity is beneficial to improve the accuracy of recording in⁃take and output volume of patients with structural heart disease.
