摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康和生命的一组疾病,近年来发病率和死亡率不断上升,其病因、发病机制、临床表现及治疗方法等十分复杂。传统的治疗方法虽然在延长患者生命方面取得了一定的成效,但在提高患者生活质量方面仍有较大改进空间。基于慢性病轨迹框架的护理干预,强调在病程的不同阶段提供针对性的护理措施,以支持患者的整体健康和生活质量。本文总结基于慢性病轨迹框架的护理干预在肿瘤患者治疗各个阶段中的应用,旨在为改善肿瘤专科护理质量提供参考意见。Malignant tumors are a group of diseases that pose a serious threat to human health and life.In recent years,the morbidity and mortality rate have been on the rise,and their etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment methods are very complex.Although traditional treatments have achieved some results in prolonging the life of patients,there is still great room for improvement in improving the quality of life of patients.Nursing interventions based on the chronic disease trajectory framework,emphasizing the provision of targeted care measures at different stages of the disease course to support patients'overall health and quality of life.This paper summarized the nursing interventions based on chronic illness trajectory framework in different stage of cancer treatment,and provided reference for improvement of quality of oncology care.
