摘  要:将γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)改性的Al_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒负载在覆盖有聚多巴胺(PDA)的六方氮化硼(h-BN)片层表面,合成了一种新型的PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料,然后将其作为填料分散在环氧树脂中制备复合环氧涂层。结果表明,PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料在环氧树脂中具有良好的分散性,并且表现出主动缓蚀的效果。添加质量分数为1%的PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料的环氧涂层表现出良好的阻隔性能以及长效防腐的效果,其低频区的阻抗模量(|Z|_(0.01 Hz))比纯环氧涂层高三个数量级,同时复合涂层的柔韧性也得到提升。A novel PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)nanohybrid was synthesized by depositing Al_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles modified withγ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550)on the surface of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)sheets covered by polydopamine(PDA).Then the PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)hybrids was dispersed in epoxy resin to prepare composite coating samples.Various characterizations revealed that PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)hybrids showed good dispersibility in the epoxy resin,and had a corrosion inhibitive performance.The epoxy coating added with 1wt%PDA-BN@f-Al_(2)O_(3)hybrids exhibited satisfactory performances of medium blocking and long-term corrosion resistance,as it achieved an impedance modulus in low frequency region(|Z|_(0.01 Hz))three-order-magnitude higher than that of the pure epoxy coating and an improvement in flexibility.
