新内生发展理论视域下高校体育人才培养模式创新的四重逻辑

摘　　要：为培养适应未来社会的全新体育人才,研究新内生发展理论视域下高校体育人才培养模式创新的四重逻辑。分析了新内生发展理论的核心价值对企业本位与能力本位的强调,并指出其在高校体育人才培养中的指导作用,阐述新内生发展模式与体育人才培养的关系,特别是乡村内生发展的重要性。基于以上分析,提出高校体育人才培养模式创新的以人为本、适应需求、产教融合和创新驱动四重逻辑,分别强调个性化教育、区域需求适应、校企合作与资源共享以及创新精神和实践能力的培养。总结出在新内生发展理论指导下,高校应如何构建适应时代需求的体育人才培养模式,以推动地方经济与社会的持续发展。To cultivate new sports talents that can adapt to the future society,the four fold logic of innovating the training mode of sports talents in universities from the perspective of new endogenous development theory is studied.This article analyzes the core values of the new endogenous development theory,emphasizing the importance of enterprise based and capability based approaches,and points out its guiding role in cultivating sports talents in universities.It elaborates on the relationship between the new endogenous development model and sports talent cultivation,especially the importance of rural endogenous development.Based on the above analysis,a four fold logic is proposed for the innovation of the training mode of sports talents in universities:people-oriented,adaptable to needs,integration of industry and education,and innovation driven.It emphasizes personalized education,regional demand adaptation,school enterprise cooperation and resource sharing,and cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability.Summarize how universities should construct a sports talent training model that meets the needs of the times under the guidance of the new endogenous development theory,in order to promote the sustainable development of the local economy and society.
