足三里穴位注射生脉注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病共病肌少症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：观察足三里穴位注射生脉注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病共病肌少症的临床疗效。44例慢性阻塞性肺病共病肌少症患者分为试验组和对照组,每组22例。试验组给予基础治疗联合双侧足三里穴位注射生脉注射液,每周3次,连续治疗8周。对照组仅给予基础治疗。从肺功能指标、骨密度、运动功能(握力、6 m步速)和炎症指标等方面评价两组临床疗效。治疗结果显示,两组的肺功能指标、骨密度、握力、6 m步速和炎症指标均不同程度好转,且试验组的各项指标改善更为明显。To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai injection at Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comorbidities with sarcopenia,44 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease comorbid sarcopenia were divided into experimental group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.The experimental group was given basic treatment combined with bilateral Zusanli acupoint injection of Shengmai injection,3 times a week,and continuous treatment for 8 weeks.The control group was given basic treatment only.Physiological indexes,bone mineral density,motor function(grip strength,6-meter walking speed),lung function and laboratory inflammation indexes were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.The results of treatment showed that lung function,bone mineral density,grip strength,6-meter walking speed and other parameters of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious.
