摘　　要：医防融合是中国式现代化的必然要求。当前,医防融合存在“以人民健康为中心”理念虚化、健康法制体系不完善、健康管理体系协同治理不足、公共卫生体系和医疗服务体系割裂、医防融合复合型人才匮乏、健康保障制度统筹不到位等问题。为此,必须构建优质高效的整合型医疗卫生服务体系,健全高水平医防融合人才培养体系,以慢性病管理为突破口,全面兜牢基层服务网底,实现与中国式现代化进程相适应的医防融合发展。The integration of prevention and treatment is an inevitable requirement of Chinese modernization.At present,there are problems in the integration of prevention and treatment,such as vague concept of"putting people's health at the center",imperfect health legal system,insufficient synergistic governance of the health management system,fragmentation of the public health system and the medical service system,lack of inter-disciplinary talents for the integration of prevention and treatment,and lack of coordination of the health security system.For this reason,it is necessary to build a high-quality and efficient integrated healthcare service system,improve the high-level talent training system of the integration of prevention and treatment,comprehensively cover the bottom of primary service network by taking chronic disease management as a breakthrough,so as to realize the development of the integration of prevention and treatment in line with the process of Chinese modernization.
