摘　　要：商业健康保险与共同富裕存在天然的互动与回应关系,从复杂性理论的整体性、关系性与过程性视角来看,商业健康保险助推共同富裕存在补偿要素错配、经营动力不足与基础建设滞后的困境。对此,商业健康保险应调整补偿要素、优化系统结构、打破信息壁垒,为扎实推进共同富裕赋能。There is a natural interaction and response relationship between commercial health insurance and common prosperity.From the perspective of the wholeness,relationship and process of the complexity theory,there are the dilemmas of mismatch of compensation elements,insufficient business motivation,and lagging behind in the infrastructure for commercial health insurance to help realize common prosperity.In this regard,commercial health insurance should adjust the compensation elements,optimize the system structure and break down the information barriers,so as to empower the promotion of common prosperity.
