摘 要:利用光学接触角测量仪和Owens-Wendt-Rabel&Kaelble法测定藜麦近分支端和分支顶端叶片的表面自由能,并研究2种农药助剂Silwet L-77和Triton X-100对3种农药药液在藜麦叶片表面润湿性能的影响。结果表明,藜麦分支顶端叶片的表面自由能低于近分支端叶片;分支顶端叶片远轴面盐囊的存在进一步降低其表面自由能,与近轴面相比更疏水。分支顶端叶片近轴面的表面自由能为25.37 mJ/m^(2),远轴面为21.89 mJ/m^(2),并以此建立藜麦分支顶端叶片表面润湿性包络图。Silwet L-77在其临界胶束浓度(1.0×10^(-3) g/mL)下使3种农药药液在藜麦分支顶端叶片的接触角降至30°~40°,与未添加相比,农药药液的润湿效果得到显著改善,且其性能优于临界胶束浓度下的Triton X-100。In this study,the surface free energy(SFE)of quinoa leaves on branch tip and near branch positions was measured using the optical contact angle instrument and Owens-Wendt-Rabel&Kaelble method.In addition,the effects of Silwet L-77 and Triton X-100 on the wettability of three pesticide solutions on the surface of quinoa leaves were investigated.The results showed that the SFEs of branch tip leaves were lower than those of branch tip leaves.The presence of salt bladders on the abaxial surface of the branch tip leaves could reduce the SFE,rendering it more hydrophobic.The SFEs of the adaxial and abaxial surfaces of the branch tip leaves were 25.37 mJ/m^(2) and 21.89 mJ/m^(2).Visual surface wettability envelope diagrams of branch tip leaves were established.Silwet L-77(1×10^(-3) g/mL)significantly reduced the contact angles of the three pesticide dilutions,ranging from 30°to 40°,which was superior over Triton X-100.
