摘 要:构建智慧型学科服务平台是智能化时代背景下高校图书馆推动学科服务创新以更好支撑学科建设的必然要求。服务科学、管理与工程(SSME)作为一门跨学科领域的理论和方法,在解决学科资源整合、用户体验和服务效率等方面具有独特优势,为高校图书馆构建智慧型学科服务平台提供了重要途径。文章首先回顾了智慧型学科服务平台和SSME及其应用的相关研究现状,在此基础上,提出基于SSME的学科服务平台设计原则、平台架构和保障机制,最后从用户需求分析与服务设计、数据驱动的决策支持系统、跨学科资源整合创新和服务质量评估优化等方面给出具体构建实现步骤,以期为高校图书馆有效搭建智慧型学科服务平台提供理论和实践参考。Constructing an intelligent discipline service platform(DSP)is an inevitable requirement for university libraries to promote discipline service innovation in an intelligent era,so as to better support discipline construction.Service Science,Management,and Engineering(SSME),as a cross-disciplinary theory and method,has unique advantages in addressing challenges in disciplinary resources integration,user experience,and service efficiency,offering an important approach for university libraries to build intelligent DSP.Reviewing the current research status related to intelligent DSP and SSME and its applications,the present study proposes the design principles,platform architecture,and safeguard mechanisms for DSP based on SSME.Finally,the author outlines concrete steps for construction and implementation,including user needs analysis and service design,a data-driven decision support system,cross-disciplinary resources integration and innovation,and service quality assessment and optimization.It is hoped that the present study will provide theoretical and practical references for university libraries to effectively build intelligent DSP.
