摘 要:探究秋葵果胶作为一种生物吸附剂对水溶液中Pb^(2+)的吸附性能。通过静态吸附试验测定秋葵果胶对水溶液中Pb^(2+)的吸附容量和吸附率来评价秋葵果胶对水溶液中Pb^(2+)的吸附性能。研究发现,试验溶液的pH值、初始Pb^(2+)浓度、溶液的温度以及吸附时间对秋葵果胶吸附Pb^(2+)的性能均有影响。在溶液初始Pb^(2+)浓度为20μg/mL、pH 5.0、温度为30℃时,经过40 min的吸附,果胶对溶液中的Pb^(2+)吸附容量可达到4.97 mg/g、吸附率可达到74.55%,吸附速率较快,且吸附较完全。秋葵果胶具有较好的吸附水溶液中Pb^(2+)的能力,若进一步对秋葵果胶进行结构改性或吸附条件进行优化,可作为新型的含铅废水处理剂开发和利用。The adsorption performance of okra pectin as a bioremediation agent for Pb^(2+)in aqueous solutions was investigated.The adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of okra pectin for Pb^(2+)in aqueous solutions were evaluated through static adsorption experiments.The study found that the pH value of the solution,initial Pb^(2+)concentration,solution temperature and adsorption time all had an impact on the adsorption performance of okra pectin for Pb^(2+).Under the conditions of initial Pb^(2+)concentration of 20μg/mL,pH of 5.0 and temperature of 30℃,after 40 min of adsorption,the adsorption capacity of pectin for Pb^(2+)reached 4.97 mg/g,and the adsorption rate reached 74.55%.The adsorption rate was fast,and the adsorption was relatively complete.Okra pectin exhibited good capability for adsorbing Pb^(2+)in aqueous solutions.With further modification of the structure of okra pectin or optimization of the adsorption conditions,it could be developed and utilized as a new type of lead-containing wastewater treatment agent.
