摘  要:SERS技术是一项可以检测到单个分子水平的高灵敏度快速检测技术,其核心是SERS基底表面具有SERS活性的分子对拉曼信号的增强。草甘膦是全球商业化和历史使用水平最高的除草剂,对人体健康存在慢性危害。本文在单晶硅片上构建Ag纳米花修饰TiO_(2)异质结构(Ag/TiO_(2))作为SERS基底,研究其性能和在草甘膦检测中的应用。结果表明,以R6G为探针分子,该基底在EM机制和CT机制双重增强下具有很好的灵敏度、再现性和稳定性,EF可达到3.96×10^(5),RSD约为2.09%。此外,利用该基底检测不同浓度的草甘膦,即使浓度低至0.1μg/L的下也能清晰地识别出草甘膦特征峰,为SERS技术在农药残留检测应用上提供了草甘膦判别依据,且检测浓度远低于国家规定的食品中最大农药残留限量,具有很好的应用前景和现实意义,为SERS技术在其他领域的应用提供了参考意义。Glyphosate is the herbicide with the highest level of commercial and historical use globally,and is a chronic hazard to human health.SERS technology is a highly sensitive and rapid detection technique that can be detected at the level of individual molecules,centred on the enhancement of the Raman signal by molecules with SERS activity on the surface of the SERS substrate.Ag nanoflower-modified TiO_(2)heterostructures(Ag/TiO_(2))were constructed on single crystal silicon wafers as SERS substrates to study their performance and application in glyphosate detection.The results showed that with R6G as the probe molecule,the substrate had excellent sensitivity,reproducibility and stability under the dual enhancement of EM mechanism and CT mechanism,and the EF could reach 3.96×10^(5)with an RSD of about 2.09%.In addition,the substrate was used to detect different concentrations of glyphosate,and the characteristic peaks of glyphosate could be clearly identified even at a concentration as low as 0.1μg/L,which provided a basis for the discrimination of glyphosate in the application of SERS technology in the detection of pesticide residues,and the detected concentration was much lower than the maximum pesticide residue limit in food,which had a very good prospect of application and significance,and a reference significance for the application of SERS technology in other fields was provided.It had good application prospects and practical significance,and provided reference significance for the application of SERS technology in other fields.
