摘 要:硅基材料可以提高锂离子电池的能量密度,但硅粒子的体积膨胀问题严重,是大规模应用前必须解决的难题。开发合适的功能添加剂,以构建稳定的界面膜,是改善上述问题的有效策略。本文在电解液中引入四甲氧基硅烷(TMOS)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTES),与氟代碳酸乙烯酯配合,构建了稳定的界面膜,体积膨胀问题得到抑制。含双键的VTCE构建更稳定的界面膜,电池的低温放电、高温(60℃)日历老化性能、常温(25℃)循环和高温(45℃)循环分别提升了8.8%、48.2%、12.6%、21.4%。VTCE有效改善了LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)|石墨@SiO电池的宽温域工作能力,是一种有应用前景的功能添加剂。Silicon based materials can improve the energy density of lithium-ion batteries,but the problem of volume expansion of silicon particles is serious and must be solved for large-scale applications.The development of suitable functional additives to build a stable interfacial membrane is an effective strategy to improve the above problems.In this paper,introducing tetramethoxysilane(TMOS)and vinyltrimethoxysilane(VTES)into the electrolyte and cooperating with fluorinated vinyl carbonate constructed a stable interfacial membrane and suppressed the volume expansion problem.The double-bond-containing VTCE constructed a more stable interfacial membrane,and the battery's low-temperature discharge,high-temperature(60℃)calendar aging performance,room temperature(25℃)cycling,and high-temperature(45℃)cycling were improved by 8.8%,48.2%,12.6%,21.4%,respectively.VTCE improves the wide temperature range working capability of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)|graphite@SiO pouch batteries,and is an effective functional additive.
