摘 要:采用微波消解法联合ICP-MS法,以钪、锗、铟、铋为内标元素,采用KED模式对样品中重金属元素的含量进行测定,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定水蛭药材中11种重金属元素的含量。数据显示11种重金属元素具有良好的线性关系,线性系数(r)均大于0.999 0,重复性测试RSD小于2.8%,精密度测试RSD为0.86%~4.0%,回收率为85.2%~110.0%。结果表明本法简单高效、精密度佳、准确性好,可为水蛭药材中11种重金属元素的测定提供技术参考。The microwave digestion combined with ICP-MS was used with Sc,Ge,In and Bi as the internal standard elements,and KED pattern was used to determine the contents of heavy metal elements,in order to establish a method for the determination of 11 heavy metal elements in medicinal leeches by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Data displayed totally 11 heavy metal elements all had a good linear relationship and the linear coefficients(r)were greater than 0.9990.The RSDs for repeatability test were less than 2.8%,and those for precision test were 0.86%~4.0%,and the recoveries were between 85.2%and 110.0%.The results showed that the method was simple,rapid and accurate with high sensitivity,which could provide reference for the determination of 11 heavy metal elements in medicinal leeches.
