摘  要:采用四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱仪直接采集碎裂片段的精确质荷比(m/z),通过元素模拟得到各主要碎片的元素组成并进行比对,研究了α-萘酚型和β-萘酚型偶氮染料的质谱裂解规律。结果表明:两种染料均存在偶氮式和腙式两种形态。在腙式形态时,断裂位点均发生在氮氮键。在偶氮式形态时,β-萘酚型更容易丢失萘酚上的羟基,而α-萘酚型则在偶氮键和萘酚之间发生断裂。总的来说,β-萘酚型更倾向于腙式的裂解方式,而α-萘酚型更倾向于偶氮式的裂解方式。The accuracy mass-to-charge ratio(m/z)of fragmentation fragments was obtained by quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry,and the element composition of the main fragmentations were obtained by element simulation,and then the mass fragmentation law of bothα-naphthol andβ-naphtholazo dyes were investigated.The results showed thatboth azo and hydrazone forms were existed in the two dyes.In the hydrazoneform,it was cracked at the nitrogen single bond.In theazo form,β-naphthol dyes loss the hydroxyl of naphthol,whileα-naphthol dyes cracked between the azo bond and the naphthol.All in all,β-naphthol dyespreferred to the cracking of hydrazone forms,whileα-naphthol dyes preferred to the cracking of azo forms.
