摘  要:通过传统粉末冶金技术,结合热压烧结法制备了SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)复合永磁材料,研究了热压烧结工艺对其磁性能的影响规律。在固定压力100 MPa下,调控热压烧结温度由800℃升高到1000℃,SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)合金的相组成由三相变为两相;其中软磁相含量由31.5wt%降低到5.1wt%。软磁相α-(FeCo)的晶粒尺寸由15μm增加到34μm,其形貌由球形向圆盘状转变。在热压温度900℃时SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)复合永磁材料的磁性能最佳。基于优化的900℃热压温度下,我们进一步研究了压力对复合永磁材料的结构和性能影响;烧结压力的增加可以有效促进其硬磁相SmCo_(7)的(002)织构,增强其各向异性和硬磁相SmCo_(7)晶粒的取向度。在优化的热压烧结温度900℃和压力200 MPa下,我们制备出具有较高性能的SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)复合永磁材料,其剩磁、矫顽力和磁能积分别为12.6 kG、5.2 kOe和26.0 MGOe。与传统的机械合金化法制备的SmCo基复合永磁材料相比,单轴热压烧结法制备的SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)综合磁性能显著提高。本文采用单轴热压法系统研究了高温-高压对SmCo基复合永磁体结构和磁性能的影响,获得了性能优异的复合永磁体,为SmCo基复合永磁体性能提升和工业应用提供了理论依据和技术指导。SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)composite permanent magnet materials were prepared by traditional powder metallurgy technology combined with hot pressing sintering method,and the influence of hot pressing sintering process on their magnetic properties was studied.Under a fixed pressure of 100 MPa,the phase composition of SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)alloy changed from three-phase to two-phase by adjusting the hot pressing sintering temperature from 800℃to 1000℃.Meanwhile,the content of soft magnetic phase reduced to 5.1wt%from^(3)1.5wt%.The grain size of the soft magnetic phaseα-(FeCo)increased from 15μm to 34μm,and its morphology transformed from spherical to disc-shaped.The magnetic properties of SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)composite permanent magnet material were optimal at a hot pressing temperature of 900℃.Based on the optimized 900℃hot pressing temperature,we furthen investigated the effect of pressure on the structure and properties of composite permanent magnet materials.Moreover,the increase of sintering pressure can effectively promote the(002)texture of the hard magnetic phase SmCo_(7),enhance its anisotropy and the orientation of the hard magnetic phase SmCo_(7)grains.At an optimized hot pressing sintering temperature of 900℃and pressure of 200 MPa,SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)composite permanent magnet materials with high performance were prepared,with remanence,coercivity and magnetic energy integration of 12.6 kG,5.2 kOe,and 26.0 MGOe,respectively.Compared with SmCo based composite permanent magnet materials prepared by traditional mechanical alloying method,the comprehensive magnetic properties of SmCo_(7)/α-(FeCo)prepared by uniaxial hot pressing sintering method were significantly improved.A uniaxial hot pressing method was used to systematically study the effects of high temperature and high pressure on the structure and magnetic properties of SmCo based composite permanent magnets,and high-performance composite permanent magnets were obtained,providing theoretical basis and technical guidance for improving the performance an
